A: Unfortunately LiveSync is designed to work with a single instance of CLO or Marvelous Designer along with one Unreal Editor.
Q: When I send garments to Unreal Engine, the looks are different. Is it possible to make them look same?
A: Due to inherent differences in rendering systems, 'similar' looks are achieved, but it is nearly impossible to achieve identical looks. If you use CLO's V-Ray renderer, you can use UE5's Path Tracer as both utilize raytracing.
Q: Which texture maps are sent to Unreal Engine via LiveSync?
A: The following texture maps are gathered and sent to Unreal Engine:
- Base color map
- Normal map
- Roughness map
- Metallic map
- Reflection map
- Opacity map
