Upload your items on CONNECT.
Upload Setting
1. UPLOAD ITEM
Click the 'UPLOAD' button in the top-right corner of CONNECT.
2. Select the type of item to upload
- STORE
- GALLERY
※ Note: The size of the upload item must be less than 500 MB.
3. CONNECT UPLOAD - Entering Asset Description 1
When uploading the items to CONNECT, please provide detailed information about the asset for the convenience of customers.
If detailed information is missing, asset registration may be rejected during the item approval process.
① UPLOAD (Mandatory)
Confirm the uploaded asset name and format and replace the file by pressing the REUPLOAD button if necessary.
② TITLE (Mandatory)
Please enter the asset name that will be displayed on CONNECT.
By default, the uploaded asset's name will be set automatically as the DEFAULT TITLE.
③ DESCRIPTION
DESCRIPTION is allowed up to 2000 characters. Please check the required information for each item below.

④ TAGS
'TAGS' is a target keyword that helps customers search and amplify your content's reach. Entering the type of assets for sale will help customers when searching for the items.
⑤ ATTACHMENT
You may upload additional files by clicking the 'CHOOSE FILE' button, and also able to select multiple files. However, it is impossible to track attachment files attached to 'ATTACHMENT' are being used.
※ Note: The size of the upload item must be less than 500 MB.
⑥ ADD SUB-IMAGES
You can additionally attach the SUB-IMAGES to highlight the item.
Upload the files you would like to provide additionally by clicking the 'CHOOSE FILE' button.
Supported image formats: *.jpg / *.jpeg / *.png
⑦ THUMBNAIL
You may set or change the Thumbnail. Drag & Drop the thumbnail image into the 'THUMBNAIL BOX' or click the 'CHOOSE FILE' button to upload the image.
Supported image formats: *.jpg / *.jpeg / *.png
Recommended Thumbnail Size: 600 x 800(px) & ratio 3:4
※ Note: For the best search result, it is recommended to use English in the title, description, and tags of the item.
3. CONNECT UPLOAD - Entering Asset Description 2
① SET ITEM CATEGORIES
Detailed categories are provided based on the uploaded item's format, and you can select the specific category for their items in this section. Adding categories will significantly improve the item compatibility and search results. Users can search and filter items by category.
② SET COLLECTION
Users can decide the Collection to include their items. By default, items are assigned to the default collection. Customers can see the items in the assigned collection in their portfolio.
③ PRICING & LICENSE OPTIONS
Users can set the price and license options for their items:
Paid Item: Select the 'Paid Item' if you wish to sell the items.
※ Note: CONNECT charges a 30% commission on the item's sales.
Free Item: Select 'Free Item' to allow users to download their item for free.
※ Note: Sellers cannot change a 'Free item' to a 'Paid item' after Publication.
④ BASIC&EXTENDED LICENSE PRICE
Basic License Price: Enable to set the price for the basic license of the item.
Extended License Price: Enable to set the price of the extended license 1 to 8 times the item's price.
⑤ PHYSICAL PRODUCTION
Sellers can allow physical production by clicking the 'Physical Production' checkbox.
※ The following option will be limited if the original item is not allowed for physical production.
⑥ PUBLISH OPTIONS
Click the 'PUBLISH' button to publish the item:
'PAID ITEM' goes through review before publishing. It stays in 'DRAFT' status until the review team approves. During the 'DRAFT' status, creators can edit or re-upload the item.
'FREE ITEM' will be published without any approval.
Clicking the 'DRAFT' button makes the item invisible to other users and allows you to either edit or re-upload.
⑦ BACK / UPLOAD
Click the 'BACK' button to return to the previous step or the 'UPLOAD' button to proceed to the next step.
4. PREVIEW PAGE
You can check whether the uploaded files and item information are correctly registered before publishing.
① ITEM STATUS
You can check the current status of the item.
'PAID ITEM' will stay in 'DRAFT,' hidden from other users, until the review team approves it. Upon approval, the status of the 'PAID ITEM' will change to 'PUBLISH.'
'FREE ITEM' will be published without any approval.
② DELETE / EDIT
You can delete the uploaded files or item information by clicking the 'DELETE' button.
You can change the uploaded files or item information by clicking the 'EDIT' button.
