This section explains how to download the package file, launch the game, and apply the outfit.
1. Download the Package
1-1. Go to the Gamewear page located at the top of the main screen.
1-2. Select the desired outfit and click the Download button.
1-3. Once the download is completed, you may be able to find the file that is automatically saved to the [Downloads] folder.
2. Extract the ZIP File
2-1. In the [Downloads] folder, right-click and extract the .zip file.
2-2. Set the extraction path to the following folder: ‘C:\Users\[Your Username]\Documents\inZOI\Mods,’ then click ‘Extract.’
⚠️ When extracted into the ‘Mods’ folder, you may find a created folder named in the format ‘ModName_UniqueID.’
The internal structure of the folder is as follows.⚠️ ‘LucyCha’ in the sample path above (C:\Users\LucyCha\Documents\inZOI\Mods) represents your User Account Name.
Please replace it with your actual OS (Windows/Mac) user name.
How to check your ‘User Account Name
▶ Window
1. Press `Window key + R` to open ‘Run’ dialog.
2. Type `cmd` and press Enter.
3. In the command window, type the following command: `echo %USERNAME%`
▶ Mac OS
1. Search `Terminal` in `Spotlight(⌘ + Space)`
2. In the Terminal window, type `echo $USER` and press Enter.
2-3. Please check that a folder has been created in the Mods directory after extraction.
3. Applying Outfit in the Game.
3-1. Launch the game.
3-2. Click ‘Character Studio.
3-3. In the bottom menu, select the ‘Outfit’ category.
3-4. Go to the ‘Set’ tab, then click on the downloaded ‘Mods’ outfit to apply it.
⚠️ Essential Notes
- Please make sure the game is fully closed when installing ‘Mods’ file.
- If you can’t find the ‘Mods’ file in the game after installation, try restart the game.
- The game will not recognize the outfit unless the file is extracted to the ‘Mods’ folder.
💡When Mods Don't Show Up (How to Fix Disabled Mods)
If you're experiencing any of these issues, your mods may be disabled:
❌ Installed 'Mods (custom-outfits, furniture, etc.)' are not showing up in the game.
❌ 'Mods' stopped working after the game update.
Why Do Mods Get Disabled?
inZOI automatically disables all mods when the game is updated to ensure stability.

Solutions
Method 1: Manually Reactivate Mods
- Go to
Documents\inZOI\mods\[mod name]folder - Open
mod_manifest.jsonwith a text editor -
Find
"bEnable": false, and change it to"bEnable": true, -
Save the file
Method 2: Use Mod Browser (88849 Folder)
- Move your mods to
Documents\inZOI\mods\88849folder-
'Mods (custom items)' will be automatically detected within the game's 'Mods' menu.

- Go to
Steam installation folder\steamapps\common\inZOI\BlueClient\Content\Paks\[mods folder] - Change
.pak_disabledextension to.pak
