Upload to Gamewear

In this step, compress the package file created with the ModKit into a ZIP file and upload it to Gamewear. 
Click the GO TO UPLOAD button below to be redirected to the upload page. For detailed upload instructions, please refer to the guide below.

 

  1. Compress the package file created according to the ModKit manual into a ZIP file.
  • a. Navigate to the folder where the package file is saved. It is usually located at: [C:\Users\UserName\Documents\inZOI\Mods]
  • b. Select the folder you want to upload and compress it into a ZIP file.
    • ① is the folder containing the package file.
    • ② is the compressed ZIP file of the package.

2. Go to the CONNECT website.

3. Click the UPLOAD button in the top-right corner.

 

4. On the UPLOAD page, select GAMEWAR.

 

5. In the Windows File Explorer, select ZIP file of the outfit you want to upload.

  • If an error message occurs, resolve the issue and try uploading again.

  • The maximum upload file size is limited to 100 MB.

6. When you select a file, the following screen will appear. Click Select Game, choose inZOI, and then click the CONFIRM button.

7. Once the file is uploaded, you will be directed to the UPLOAD detail page. Complete the settings below, then click NEXT.

  • ZPRJ Format: If desired, upload the corresponding ZPRJ file for the outfit. When you upload a ZPRJ file, you can manage both the ZPRJ and game file formats in CONNECT. Purchasers will only have access to the game file format and the ZPRJ file will not be downloadable.
  • THUMBNAIL: Create and upload a thumbnail image that best showcases the outfit. You may use different poses, backgrounds, or renders for creative thumbnails.
    • Supported image format: *.jpg / *.jpeg / *.png
    • Recommended Thumbnail size: 900 x 1200(px) & ratio 3:4
  • TITLE: Enter the title of your outfit.
  • DESCRIPTION: Describe your outfit.
  • TAG: Enter relevant keywords that help customers find your outfit. Including the asset type will improve search visibility.
  • ATTACHMENT: Attach any files related to the garment. However, it is impossible to track attachment files attached to ATTACHMENT are being used.
  • ADDITIONAL IMAGES: If you have extra images to display, upload them under ADDITIONAL IMAGES.

 

8. Set the garment categories, recolor option, price options and publish options for your outfit, then click NEXT.

  • SET GARMENT CATEGORIES: Detailed categories are provided based on the uploaded item's format, and you can select the specific category for their items in this section. Adding categories will significantly improve the item compatibility and search results. Users can search and filter items by category.

  • RECOLOR OPTION: Select Available if color customization is enabled in the ModKit, otherwise select Unavailable.

  • PRICING OPTIONS: Users can set the price and license options for their items. However, the pricing feature is currently unavailable, and only FREE items are allowed.

  • PUBLISH OPTIONS: Click PUBLISH to make the item public. Free items are published immediately without approval. Click DRAFT to keep the item hidden from other users while allowing further editing or re-uploading.

 

9. You can view your uploaded items under the Gamewear tab in your profile.
